Winston Lie is currently a MD student at Harvard Medical School. He is originally from Jakarta, Indonesia but grew up mainly in Boise, Idaho. Before coming to Boston, he spent two years in Taipei as a U.S. Fulbright Scholar where he earned a Master of Science in Global Health at National Taiwan University. During college, Winston studied at Princeton where he graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in molecular biology and spent a semester abroad at Oxford on a full-time research exchange in biochemistry. On campus, he serves on the leadership board for the Harvard Chapter of the American Medical Association (AMA) / Massachusetts Medical Society (MMS), as well as an undergraduate pre-medical advisor for Harvard College.
