Walter Shen is a PhD student in the Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences and a Resident Tutor at Cabot House. His research concerns the physics of clouds and convection, including the ways we model, analyze, and observe them. He is Massachusetts born and raised, and completed a BSc in applied mathematics at Imperial College London, in the United Kingdom.
