Shira Hoffer is a member of the Harvard College Class of 2025, likely pursuing a joint degree in Social Studies and Religion. She is interested in the intersection of religion, law, and conflict resolution, a path of study animated by questions such as, “to what extent is voting based on religious values a conflation of church and state?” or “how can interfaith friendships bridge partisan divides in US jurisprudence?” A religious Jew, Shira spends her free time involved in Jewish life on campus, the Small Claims Advisory Service, and trying to spend as much time in nature as possible.
