Matthew Tobin
Matthew Tobin ('27) is concentrating in Social Studies and Economics with a secondary in Government and a citation in French. His interests include political philosophy, law, human rights, public policy, and government administration. He plans to focus his research on how government efficiency has been understood and implemented in American politics. Outside of the classroom, Matthew serves as the Co-Executive Director of the Harvard Undergraduate Legal Committee and Co-Chair of the IOP Policy Program. In his free time, he enjoys writing polemics for The Harvard Crimson and practicing the bagpipes.
