Majo Acosta Robayo

Majo Acosta serves as a Resident Tutor at Quincy House and works as a manager at a venture capital fund. A 2020 graduate of Harvard College, she studied sociology and is passionate about understanding how cultures are formed and changed both inside and outside the workplace. She brings a background in management consulting and start-ups, where she has focused on helping governments and organizations launch innovation projects across climate, health, and social impact. Majo was raised in sunny South Florida. In her free time, she loves training for marathons, writing, hosting, and traveling to see friends and family.
