Lily Karnes
Karnes ('28) is in Mather House and is double concentrating in the Comparative Study of Religion and Government. Her academic interests center on moral reasoning, the relationship between religion and politics, and how ethical frameworks can inform effective public policy. Beyond the classroom, Karnes is a writer and editor on the The Harvard Crimson's Editorial Board and works for the Office for the Arts. In her free time, she is an avid user of Mather's pottery studio, plays the ukulele, and enjoys a well-made London Fog.
