Hugh Hankenson is a junior in Adams House double concentrating in Social Studies and Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology. He is broadly interested in how the design, implementation, and impacts of health policy are politically and morally shaped. He focuses on questions of who or what health policies purport to serve and to what extent they are successful in realizing their goals. Outside of the classroom, Hugh conducts research on medical debt, health equity, and immunotherapies. Additionally, he is the Co-Editor-in-Chief of *The Harvard Undergraduate Research Journal,* the Co- President of the Harvard Undergraduate OpenBio Laboratory, an ARC tutor, and volunteers regularly at the Harvard Square Homeless Shelter and Massachusetts General Hospital.
