Aundrey Page is a systems-level leader, strategist, and facilitator dedicated to advancing progress through personal and organizational transformation. Throughout his career, Aundrey has experience leading across the social impact sector, from schools to nonprofit organizations, where he has guided complex institutions through large-scale strategic planning, capacity building, and change management.

With over a decade of experience leading high-performing teams, schools, and organizations, Aundrey combines data-driven analysis with a human-centered approach to help mission-driven institutions scale their impact while deepening relational trust. His leadership has included reimaging innovative school improvement systems, designing citywide reform initiatives, and facilitating cross-sector collaborations that bridge public, private, and nonprofit partnerships to address root causes of society’s persistent problems.

A former principal and teacher recognized for driving exceptional student outcomes and positive school cultures, Aundrey’s early career in education informs his approach to designing systems that work for people and developing leaders. Through his work, he supports organizations in articulating their north star, aligning strategy with values, and building the conditions for sustainable impact.

Aundrey earned his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where his research and practice focused on how public institutions and social change organizations can engage in organizational transformation to drive systems change. His leadership and scholarship have been recognized through multiple fellowships for innovation, entrepreneurship, and public service. Grounded in purpose and guided by empathy, he is committed to helping leaders build the more just and thriving world they imagine.
