Allison Farrell

Allison Farrell is a junior in Leverett House studying Philosophy with a secondary field in European History, Politics, and Societies. Her focus is in contemporary social and political philosophy and the history of post-Kantian European philosophy. She is particularly interested in how the insights of continental social thought can influence normative theorizing and the question of what shared grounds for ethical critique can exist in contemporary society. Outside of class, Allison serves as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Review of Philosophy, an undergraduate-edited journal that publishes the work of professional philosophers and is an opinion columnist for The Crimson, writing primarily on higher education and local politics.
