DESCRIPTION:<p>	<drupal-media data-entity-type="media" data-entity-uuid="20ea17c7-9670-4f5f-98a6-a9d3f350a2dd" alt="WM" data-view-mode="hwp_medium"></drupal-media></p><p>	Join the Edmond &amp; Lily Safra Center for Ethics, Harvard Hillel and Ematai for a timely discussion titled Morality and War with Rabbi Brody and Michael Walzer.</p><p>	<strong>Dr Michael Walzer</strong> is professor emeritus at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton and one of America’s foremost political thinkers. He is the author of over 25 books including <em>Just and Unjust Wars;</em> <em>War, Politics, and Morality; </em>and <em>Arguing About War</em>. Currently, he is working on issues having to do with international justice and the connection of religion and politics, and on a collaborative project focused on the history of Jewish political thought.</p><p>	<strong>Rabbi Dr Shlomo Brody</strong> '01 is executive director of Ematai and a columnist for the Jerusalem Post. His first book, <em>A Guide to the Complex: Contemporary Halakhic Debates</em>, received a National Jewish Book Award, and his next book, <em>Ethics of Our Fathers: A Jewish View of War &amp; Morality</em>, will be released soon.
