Gabrielle Adams has a new article, "The “Equal-Opportunity Jerk” Defense: Rudeness Can Obfuscate Gender Bias," published in the Psychological Science Journal on February 21, 2022. Safra Center for Ethics Fellow in Residence and is an Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour at London Business School. During the fellowship year, Adams studed differences between victims' and transgressors' views of forgiveness and other responses to wrongdoing, particularly in an attempt to understand how these divergent perspectives create barriers to conflict resolution.
