 Long-time Center affiliate and Professor, [Frances M. Kamm](http://www.hks.harvard.edu/about/faculty-staff-directory/frances-kamm), has a new essay in *The Philosopher's Magazine.* The article, "Harms, Wrongs, and Meaning in a Pandemic," compares deaths from COVID-19 to those from U.S. wars in the twentieth century while examining the varying degress of harm done to those who have died.
