 Former visiting scholar, Ayelet Shachar, has a new article in the *Citizenship Studies Journal.* The article "Unequal Access: Wealth as Barrier and Accelerator to Citizenship," combines the history of citizenship with contemporary legal analysis to highlight and problematize sorting strategies.
