 ELSCE Director Danielle Allen was invited to testify before the Select Committee on the Modernization of Congress on Thursday, July 28 at 9am in 2118 Rayburn House Office Building. Allen will be testifying in her capacity as scholar and chair of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
