The Center is dedicated to training younger scholars so that important work in ethics continues to flourish. Each year our [**Graduate Fellowship Program**](https://www.ethics.harvard.edu/pages/graduate-fellowships) accepts several advanced doctoral students or recent graduates of professional programs and supports them for a year of concentrated work on their dissertations or research projects.

Our [**Fellowship in Values Engagement**](https://www.ethics.harvard.edu/Fellowship-in-Values-Engagement) trains and supports Harvard's residential staff in methods they then use to help Harvard's undergraduate students hold more productive, meaningful conversations where they live. This important work helps make ethical reflection a part of the University's culture both inside and outside of the classroom.
