Originally from Oslo, Martin Sandbu was educated in Rouen and at Oxford, where he read Philosophy, Politics and Economics. He also has a general interest in international politics and international economic policy. This past year he has worked with the Commission on Macroeconomics and Health of the World Health Organisation, in Geneva and in Cambridge. He also taught courses in political philosophy and in economic theory at Harvard College and at the Kennedy School of Government. Sandbu was a doctoral fellow of the Research Council of Norway.
